How long does a coaching partnership last?
Our coaching partnership is designed to be flexible and responsive to your needs. While sessions occur twice a month, the duration of our collaboration is entirely up to you. As long as you continue to find value in the experience, we’ll keep working together. However, for meaningful and sustainable change, many clients choose to work in blocks of four to six months. During our initial conversation, we’ll establish a general agreement that outlines your focus areas and how we’ll work together.
Remember, you’re in charge of the relationship, and we’ll adapt to what serves you best on your coaching journey.

Is the general agreement a contract that commits me to certain number of sessions?
No, the purpose of our agreement is not to tie you to a specific number of sessions. Instead, it serves to outline your goals, responsibilities, session fees, and expected duration. We partner together for as long as you find value in the outcomes of our work. If at any point you feel that our collaboration no longer aligns with your needs, you are free to stop without any obligation.

What if I need support between scheduled sessions?
Between our scheduled coaching sessions, I’m here to provide ongoing support whenever you need it. Life doesn’t always follow a neat timetable, and sometimes you might encounter challenges or insights that you’d like to discuss outside of our regular meetings.
